A wonderful salad for the festive table - and not only - that will be loved!
Easy and with a few good ingredients that have perfectly matched each other!!!
• Thinly sliced boiled or steamed beets.
• ELETTRA wild capers.
• KYANO, the first Greek blue cheese produced from goat's milk.
• Grated walnut.
• Dressing, olive oil from the jar with caper apples that is extra virgin and rich in polyphenols!!!
