Let's go see the recipe!

Ingredients:
-200g whole barley
-2 tablespoons of ELETTRA extra virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon ELETTRA extra virgin olive oil extra virgin olive oil
-1 tsp. sweet paprika
-1 tsp curry
-1 tsp saffron
-1 clove of garlic
-2 green onions
-300g fresh tomatoes on the grater or organic
-1 handful of cherry tomatoes
-500ml water
-A pinch of sea salt
-One bunch of parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Culinary tip medical cooking: Crush raw organic garlic with a knife or in a mortar and pestle 10 minutes before cooking to release the antioxidant allicin and preserve it while cooking! Allicin has powerful antioxidant activity, however, cooking destroys its properties. Therefore, take advantage of the 10 minute rule to preserve the benefits of garlic.

Add: sweet paprika, curry, saffron and garlic! Then finely chop spring onions. Extra tip: For people with irritable bowels, use only the green part! Sauté the spices and onion in a little water.

Add hot water and stir together with a little salt. Be careful with the salt as you will end up with capers! Once your water comes to a boil, add whole grain barley.
Then prepare some cherry tomatoes for extra lycopene! As well as molasses flavored sauce to reduce the acidity of the tomatoes! Finally, we add the excellent ELETTRA wild capers and some of the extra virgin olive oil that is dipped in! Serve with fresh parsley for extra flavor and extra iron!

A highly Mediterranean dish! Enjoy!
